Return & Refund Policy
At Scent Palace, we take pride in providing authentic, high-quality fragrance decants. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our facility to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrance decants, including products that have been opened, used, or simply no longer wanted.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal fragrance preference, as scent is subjective. Purchasing decants allows customers to sample fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund/store credit at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances of your claim. Please allow 5–10 business days for approved refunds to appear after they have been processed.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if specifically authorized by Scent Palace. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Products must be returned in the condition specified during the return authorization process. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Scent Palace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you experience delivery issues.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Authenticity
All fragrances sold by Scent Palace are 100% authentic and are independently decanted from genuine retail bottles into smaller atomizers. Scent Palace is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any fragrance brand or manufacturer.
