Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 days after your order is placed. While many orders are shipped sooner, processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

Orders may be processed and shipped any day of the week.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only using USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery time after your order has shipped is 5–8 business days. Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.

Shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order promptly, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be delayed, we recommend first checking your tracking information and contacting USPS for the latest updates.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

At this time, Scent Palace ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
